The day was overcast, but the temperature was perfect for hiking and the trees kept us mostly sheltered from the drizzle. We followed the Economy Trail, a 4 km loop along the coastline. The views from the trail were stunning and the hiking was easy.

Cabinet colors are Benjamin Moore Fieldstone. A simple planked backsplash ties everything together. We hired the same cabinetmaker we had in our old house. We love Adin and Adin! We chose a leather finish on the peri.

Thursday, May 17, 2012. I believe I have secured the position of THE slackest blogger. Here is a quick update on our walk in robe. We decided to go with MDF. I would have loved to have used timber, but there was also a lot of work and painting to be done! Our builder constructed it all, using a couple of ready made modules, and cutting the rest to size.

Now, where to even begin? The basement bathroom is now open for business. Yes! I hope this post find.
